What is the Grove Guarantee?

 

It's pretty simple. If anything goes wrong with any aspect of your shirt, our team will do its best to repair it.

First of all, drop us a line here and tell us about the problem. We’ll let you know where to send your shirt and will repair it and send your shirt back to you, for free.

IWhat if my shirt is completely Unrepairable?

 

We've got a good team here at Grove, so this usually isn't the case. However, on rare occasions it may be impossible to repair your shirt, such as if you've lost half of it in a freak shredding accident.

 

If this is the case, we'll let you know and can recycle it for you. And to make your loss easier, we'll give you 40% off your next Grove shirt.

What if I want to fix it myself?

We’re big fans of DIY and reducing waste, so if you give a repair a go yourself, drop us an insta DM @groveandco with a pic of the before and after (or message us here) and we’ll give you a 40% off code for your next purchase.
