We ship worldwide.
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail or MyHermes and are insured to their full value.
All deliveries from Royal Mail will require a signature.
We'll ship the order out as soon as possible, but it may not be until the next working day. Please select the appropriate shipping option to avoid delay. If applicable, an amount for your selected shipping option will be applied to the sub-total cost of your order.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We offer a refund or exchange for orders returned to us within 14 days from receipt of delivery.
To request a return please contact us at groveandco@gmail.com, notifying us that you would like to make a return.

All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition, with all product labels remaining in place and attached to the products. Please note returns will not be processed if the product labels have been removed/detached from the item, and the items will be returned to you.
Unless we've agreed otherwise, you'll need to cover the return shipping cost and we advise using a recorded service to guarantee safe delivery. Please ensure that returns are sent in protective packaging and feel free to reuse Grove & Co packaging.
We'll send out exchanges free of charge.
